Can't install drivers?

I just got this the other day, and installed the software. But for some reason, the drivers won't install. Every time I try, I get an error message that the drivers were found but an error has occurred when it attempted to install. I also tried using the software from microsoft website, but that didn't work either. Any ideas?

Reboot and try again. Sometimes the installer gets hung up from another application.

The actual software installs fine. The problem is when I plug in the receiver into the usb port. I tried the front and back usb ports but it still doesn't work. Windows 7 detects it, but its an unidentified device. Windows update can't find the usb drivers and when I manually search for them on the CD, it encountered a problem when the computer attempts to install.

The error message is: Windows found driver software for your device but encountered an error while attempting to install it. PC Wireless Gaming Receiver. The system cannot find the file specified.

Is there another file that I'm missing?

Installation Instructions

You start the installation folder, 32bit or 64bit (depending on how you have a system)

The installation is successful but will still be no device driver - in order to enter in the device manager, select the device and indicates the directory manually marked number 2

After this operation everything works.
