• Add any item you want to your order

• DX Points cannot be used to pay for an entire order



Getting DX Points
• Your own purchases - you get 1 point per $10 spent per order. A $9.99 order gets no points. A $19.99 order gets 1 point. Points take atleast 60 days to activate


• Reviews - 2 points for all the approved picture for each product. 2 points for each approved text review. 3-10 points for each approved video review. There is no set time on when DX will approve a review


• Helping out in the forums - if someone finds your post helpful they might tip you a few points


• Affiliate program - Referral Point amount varies. Referral Points are just like DX Points but have the added benefit of being able to be converted into cash. Self referrals aren't allowed

• Find an existing unshipped order or place a new order for any amount like normal

• Enter the order number you want to add items to here http://services.dealextreme.com/forms/ChangeOrder.aspx

• Put "00000" into the Original SKU and New SKU fields. Put "Please add these items with my DX Points:" into the Brief Reason text box

Points are automatically associated with the email address you checked out with (for most people it is their Paypal account's primary email address), just create another DX account with the email address you checked out with. The Tip Post feature can be used to transfer acive points between accounts

We still have to order and pay for our items first, right? So after raising a ticket for the redemption, do we get a partial refund or something? How does this work?

Yes. Say you want an item that costs $3 and want to pay with $2 cash and 10 DX points. Just checkout like normal and then contact DX. DX will give you a partial refund of $1

'You can only review a product once.' does this mean, that you have to choose from one of the review-types(text,photo,video)... or can you get points for all three of them?

You can do each type once. For each product you can get DX points for 1 text review, 1 picture review, and 1 video review.

Is DX ever going to add any new rewards? Almost all of them are "reward ran out." It's a hassle redeeming them otherwise.

Yes Id like to ask this too. Been like this for months. just about all rewards have 'run out' Ive got 700 points waiting to use. I like to order dozens of freebie trigram screwdrivers but they along with everything have run out. DX can you get more reward points stock in pronto !! Thanks

I've posted pictures last year and they still haven't inspected them.

My text/video reviews have been uninspected for 4 days now. Slow DX, slow.
