How-to guide for accounts
Part 1: Creating an account Part 2: Look at your Orders (Invoice, Tracking numbers and Shipment Address) You will need to create an account to fully take use of the features offered at this site. Some of the features are: -Follow your order progress -See your tracking numbers -Change the delivery address and/or the recipient name -Collect DX points (by purchasing, referring and also by helping in the forum). DX Points are used as store credit and they can be used for 'buying' products. etc. Part 1: Creating an account Before creating an account please note that for the account to work fully, you will need to use the same e-mail address as you are using when paying with PayPal. Step 1: On top of DX web pages to the right there is a link to 'My Account/DX Points', please open it. ![]() img src: http://i31.tinypic.com/16glhqp.jpg Step 2: Create an account by opening the 'Register Now' link. ![]() img src: http://i27.tinypic.com/2ujm2xl.jpg Step 3: Fill in all necessary information. Please make sure you use the same e-mail address as you are using when paying with PayPal. ![]() img src: http://i25.tinypic.com/ifa0ps.jpg Part 2: Look at your Orders (Invoice, Tracking numbers and Shipment Address) In order for you to look at your Order to find out status for shipment, Tracking Numbers and DX-Points please login to your account [once again, please make sure the account you login to is using the same e-mail address as the PayPal account that was (or is going to be) used for payments]. Step 1: On top of DX web pages to the right there is a link to 'My Account/DX Points', please open it. ![]() img src: http://i31.tinypic.com/16glhqp.jpg Step 2: Please login by using your account information. ![]() img src: http://i26.tinypic.com/30xbbkl.jpg Step 3: To view information about your Order click on: * My Account To view information about your DX Points click on: * DX Points ![]() img src: http://i30.tinypic.com/zmbf5d.jpg Step 4: When looking at your account, you will at first see: ![]() img src: http://i25.tinypic.com/scq3kp.jpg When scrolling down you will see 'Account Preferences' and 'My Wish List' Here you can make changes to Account Password, Manage Forum Subscriptions and Your Wish List. ![]() img src: http://i30.tinypic.com/1z70vt5.jpg Scrolling down to the bottom of the page, you will see: 'dx reward points collected' with a possibility to view details of when and how many points were received or used. Step 5: In the 'Order Summaries' list you can click on any Order number and you will be transferred to the Tracking Summary of that Order. Here you will be able to see tracking numbers (if available) or shipment numbers (non trackable). ![]() img src: http://i29.tinypic.com/11t4htc.jpg By pressing on the Invoice link, you will be transferred to a new page with detailed information about your items that you have purchased. Also, if there are Partial Shipments, you will be able to see which items got shipped and which did not. ![]() img src: http://i30.tinypic.com/30roh3a.jpg Other functions that are available in the same menu are 'Update Address', 'Cancel Order' and 'RMA & Replacement' In the 'Update Address' page you can not only change the Address but also the name of the recipient. Step 6: To view more information about your DX Points you click on the 'DX Points' link from Step 3 above. Here you will see 'DX reward points summary' with information about the availability of your points. Points from purchasing takes 60 days to get active, while other types of points (such as Review Points, Tips etc.) are active immediately You can order products with available points via the Customer Service Express system. 10 DX points corresponds to $1. /Hakan_G PS. Hopefully the pictures will be changed very soon to better quality and with frames in order to distinguish the pictures from the rest of the text. And I will look out for errors and correct them when needed. Maybe I will also add more info about other features. I wish I had come here first before trying to figure things out for
myself. Anyway, great job on the thread. My question is there a way to change email address? Or would I need to open another account? Thanks Bill |

It's easier to create a new account with new e-mail.

Thanks, that sounds pretty good to me. I had a minor safu with my current email address, long story so I will not bore you with the details. Answer to the second part of your thread was that I had no tracking or order information on the so to be old email. Thanks Bill |
